Overview

The GNS 5843 – GPS RDS TMC Receiver is a combined GPS and TMC Receiver with Bluetooth technology for wireless data exchange with a PDA or Mobile Phone.

With this new GNS 5843 GPS RDS TMC Bluetooth Receiver GNS extends its successful product portfolio. As world-wide the first enterprise developed GNS TMC- and GPS/TMC receivers, which are used for portable dynamic navigation.

The GNS 5843 with the new 20 channel SiRF III chip offers optimized GPS reception. Furthermore the GNS 5843 uses the free of charge available and European-wide standardized real time data of TMC (Traffic Message Channel) and offers a flexible application in the car, travel mobile or motorcycle.
