The Option Globesurfer II 7.2 put simply is a wireless broadband entry point that allows multiple WiFi devices to connect to the internet or a network without the need for fixed network access. Place a SIM in the Globesurfer II 7.2 and it will connect to your service providers 3G or GPRS network. The unit is ideal for community working groups that require high speed network access in locations where a fixed network is not available. There is also a single Ethernet port so if any of the party does not have WiFi connectivity they can still connect.
The Option Globesurfer II 7.2 really is not only a high performance unit but also provides one of the simplest routes to enabling multi-device broadband access in the home where a fixed broadband service is not available.
Another interesting feature is that by plugging a standard telephone set into the unit using an analogue RJ11 cable or converter you can then make telephone calls across the mobile network through the unit.
