The HTC P4550 also known as the HTC TYTN II follows on from the successful HTC TyTN and HTC P4350 and from our initial evaluations the HTC TYTN 2 is going to be the best all round HTC device so far.
The HTC TYTN II (formerly known as the Kaiser) features not only the latest Windows Mobile 6, a slide out qwerty keyboard which is great for emails and texting but the HTC TYTN 2 also includes a built-in GPS receiver so you can use the HTC P4550 for not only standard PDA functions but also GPS sat nav without having to carry around a bulky GPS receiver. The TYTN 2 also has a TomTom Taster pack which gives you maps of one major city of your choice.
Our favourite feature of the HTC TYTN II (HTC P4550) is the tilting keyboard which tilts open when you slide out the qwerty keyboard. This is actually really handy for viewing the screen and feels a lot more natural when compared to other models that do not have this tilting feature.
Recently featured in Microsoft's MEDC 2007, it is the successor of the HTC TyTN. The HTC TYTN 2 will feature Windows Mobile 6 Professional, 3G, HSDPA, integrated GPS and a 3 mega-pixel camera.
