Easy To Use Navigation:
CoPilot Live 7 is designed to be as easy to use as a dedicated sat nav system, no matter what mobile device you are running it on.
Automatic GPS setup. It does not matter whether your device has built-in GPS or you need to use an external Bluetooth GPS receiver. Simply select ‘GPS setup’ and CoPilot Live will do the rest. There's no need for any complex configuration or Bluetooth pairing.
QuickStart storage card. CoPilot Live 7 is supplied on a 1GB pre-loaded memory card. There's no need to download maps in order to start driving.
New user interface. With its redesigned user interface and clear menus, CoPilot Live is incredible easy to use.

It sounds obvious, but the primary job of a satellite navigation is to guide you where you need to go. CoPilot Live 7 makes it easy with step by step address entry and predictive searching.

CoPilot Live's street maps are accurate down to house number or full UK postcode. It even knows which side of the road your destination is on.

Once you have entered in your destination(s), CoPilot Live 7's new preview feature shows you the entire route before you set-off, so you can be sure you are going to the right place. You can even watch a simulation of the entire trip in advance!
Improved Map Display:
Once you have hit the road, CoPilot Live will guide you to your destination with voice directions all the way. We take a safety first approach to navigation, with the standard 'Driver Safety' mode only showing you a map when you are close to a turn. As you approach each turn, a 2D or 3D map auto-zooms so you can see exactly where you are and where to go next at a glance.
At the touch of a button you can change the display to:

Driver Safety:
How often have you seen people driving along a motorway with miles to go until the next turn, but with their satellite navigation system glaring out with a 3D view of the road?
CoPilot Live is designed to help you keep your eyes on the real road, not on-screen. Our Driver Safety mode only shows you a map when you need to do something like make a turn. Once you get within a kilometer of a turn, the map appears, progressively zooming-in before returning to the safety screen.
You can adjust the Driver Safety settings in CoPilot Live 7 to suit your preferences, for example a 2D or 3D map or how close to a turn you want a map to be displayed. You can even choose never to display a map, and rely on CoPilot's voice guidance at each turn.
In Car, on Foor or Bike:
Because it runs on a mobile phone or portable device, CoPilot Live is ready to guide you wherever you are, and however you are moving. Its not just an in-car system:

Points of Interest:
CoPilot Live includes thousands of exhaustively verified Points of Interest (POI), with over 50 categories including hotels, restaurants, banks, cash machines, car parks, petrol stations and many more.
Finding the nearest petrol station, car park or other POI is made easy using the 'Find nearby POI' button from the main menu. POIs in CoPilot are also searchable by brand, so you can look for your preferred bank, petrol station or restaurant more easily.
POIs are displayed in CoPilot Live 7 both in 2D or 3D map views, although you can choose not to see them. If you are running CoPilot Live on a mobile phone you can select a POI and call it directly from within CoPilot. |

Driving Abroad:
Working out the way to go in a foreign country can be a real nightmare. The signs don't make sense, other drivers seem to get angry with you for no reason, and - if you are British - everyone is driving on the wrong side of the road.
CoPilot Live 7 removes the worry out of finding the way in a different country. Simply purchase and download the maps you need from CoPilot Central and get detailed turn instructions on-screen and spoken in your own language wherever you go. You can be confident that you'll know the right way around a roundabout or the direction to take at a complicated junction. It makes driving anywhere as easy as driving in your home town.
Safety Camera Alerts:
The dreaded double flash of a safety camera can mean a fine or even loss of license. CoPilot Live 7 has a pre-installed database of over 10,000 camera locations across Europe as standard, with free updates periodically available through CoPilot Central.
As you approach a camera, CoPilot Live provides on screen and spoken warnings, reminding you to check your speed and that you are driving safely within local legal limits. There's no need for a separate dedicated warning system.
Note: safety camera locations are not available in Switzerland, and customers are advised to deactivate camera warnings completely when traveling in Switzerland to comply with local legislation.
Live Location Services:
CoPilot Live is a 'connected' GPS navigation system to provide you – and others – with real time Live location-specific information about your journey.
 CoPilot Live Traffic – The optional CoPilot Live traffic service can detect and warn you about congestion on your route. You can choose to avoid or ignore each incident manually or automatically. You can also check for traffic incidents in other places too – just enter the town or city name.
How do I get CoPilot Live traffic?
UK: Customers who purchase CoPilot Live with a phone from T-Mobile UK are able to receive mobile internet traffic alerts as standard. Other customers will be able to purchase a traffic upgrade from the CoPilot Live online store.
Customers
can access certain traffic information via the RDS TMC network. To receive TMC traffic information you will need to purchase a separate TMC antenna or compatible GPS receiver.
 Live location tracking on the Internet
CoPilot Live can use the mobile Internet to help you keep in touch with others when you are on the move. You can send tracking invite e-mails from within CoPilot to let friends, family or colleagues view your location live on an Internet map. They can even send you instant messages and new destinations!
It's an ideal way to let people know where you are, when you'll get there or simply that you've arrived safely.
