Q. My product isn't working correctly. What should I do?
A. Most technical issues with products are related to settings or setup. It is always best to check on our Support Forum for the answer to your question in the first instance.

Q. I have a faulty product I'd like to return. What should I do?
A. To return your goods, you need to complete the online form. On receipt of your request we will email you back a Return Merchandise Authorisation Number (RMA). Please only choose this option once it has been established that your product may be faulty.

2. I have bought a PDA from you and so far I have only used it as an Organiser. What else can I do with it ?
