We use Lynx Internet Solutions SSL hosting for secure online transactions. You are protected by Lynx Internet Solutions Ltd SSL (Secure Socket Layer) secure servers, and a Thawte Digital I.D.
The SSL server protects any data sent to it. It is fully capable of using either a 40 bit or 128 bit key. The settings of your browser determine which is used.
Lynx Internet Solutions Ltd secure server we use has a unique Digital ID to verify its authenticity. The Digital ID (sometimes called a Certificate) is used to certify that people using SSL and other public key encryption are who they claim to be. Web browsers are designed to refuse to communicate using SSL with a Web server that does not have a valid Digital Certificate. Digital IDs/Certificates are obtained from a Certificate Authority (CA). The CA currently used by Lynx Internet Solutions Ltd (our secure online transaction provider) is Thawte, and the certificate is issued to Lynx Internet Solutions Ltd protecting all of our online business activities.

How the guarantee works
In the highly unlikely event that you discover unauthorised charges on your credit card within 60 days of your purchase on easyDevices.co.uk, here's what to do: Promptly contact your credit card company and report the unauthorised charges. You should ask to speak to a representative of the company's fraud department. They can inform you of the company's fraud claim process and determine whether or not to charge you a personal liability fee.
If your credit card company: (a) determines that the charges were fraudulent and as a direct result of your online purchases at easyDevices.co.uk, and (b) holds you liable for any of the unauthorised charges, and you can truthfully say that you were not at fault (by, for example, writing your pin-number on your card or disclosing it in circumstances which could reasonably be considered unsafe), contact us immediately.
